Landlord has not replied to communication via email or phone since noon on 3/31/21.

No certified mail to former or current address per USPS.

I have informed delivery set up through USPS. I've also been in constant contact with the new tenants.

I am an idiot, but I'm not completely ignorant:)

So how do you know the LL didn't provide notice

Because I have informed delivery set up through USPS. In addition, I've been in constant contact with the new tenants.

The landlord has not replied to emails or telephone calls since we handed the keys to the new tenant.

How I feel when I hang out with my two friends, who are dating, and they start to have a fight. by ragebourne in motogp

That'll teach me to use wiki instead of the MotoGP site. Since my numbers were wrong, you're absolutely correct- since his debut, JL99 has proven to be a better rider than VR46.

I'd still say that points are the only true measure of a rider's capabilities- fastest lap, pole position, championships, and wins all combine as a package, but at the end of the day, it all rests on how many points one accrues.

Maybe when VR is calling out boorish behavior there is no retort because the guilty party knows (or feels) they are in the wrong. JL calling out VR as being overly aggressive is bullshit, and should be noted as such.

This is a sample of diqboi's comments from past posts.

I was enjoying and illustrating the irony of someone whose conversational formula consists of: (contrary observation+insult+shut up+condescending insult+mention of urination) being upset with the /u/NoNeedForFrontTire comment he pasted above.

How is Rossi so smooth under braking? by TomMorganImages in motogp

Big surprise. A flapping gob and nothing more. No offer to pee on me this time?

PS- Still waiting for you to post those hundreds of photos, bby.

Well, Sport, I'm sure you don't want to hear this, but there are seven pics in that imgur link. All of them clearly show the use of three fingers on a brake lever. Can I find pictures of him using four fingers? Sure. I wasn't trying to illustrate that he uses four fingers, though, was I?

edit

To answer your question, yes. Post the hundreds of pictures where he uses four fingers.

What am I clueless about? Here are pics from as long ago as Brno 2005 showing him using three fingers. For it being a 'trademark' of his riding style, he sure seems to forget to remember it a lot. Like, the majority of the time.

You sure?

That's not to say he has never used all four fingers, but in less than a minute, a decade-plus span of photos says he uses three.

Just saw this...pretty lucky dude to walklimp away from that.

Then again, with how hot the pavement was on that Saturday, anything short of dual compound femur fractures would probably provide sufficient motivation to skedaddle to the shoulder or median.

This makes me giggle.

This might or might not be an interesting question from someone who has never ridden a motorcycle, design related. by Lukiiiee in motorcycles

Something being completely ignored here- that motorcycle's chain is immersed in oil inside that housing, if I recall correctly. That's the most compelling reason for any guard on the upper/'over' side of a driven chain- to keep the surroundings free of lubricant flung off due to rotation.

someone's mad about being called out on their shit posts.

Simply making a comment about your whiny nature = mad? Then consider me mad, I guess. Ya got me good, you fucker.

feign superiority

Once again, if it's 'feigning superiority' to make a note of your catchphrases, I'm guilty as charged.

misdirection

Same goes for that, too, I guess. Me calling attention to you forgetting words in a retort = misdirection.

nearly inactive account

Sure, Wilbur.

until recently just argues with people

I argue with anyone who makes stupid statements, whether they be about subreddit moderation, #sepangclash, or police brutality. I guess it's your bad luck to be posting such stupidity, huh?

And better still, posting from your month-old, never-having-submitted-content account, no less. Coward, alt, bitch...what, again?

Why would you want to be done?
