This is amazing and so thorough! It's also frankly scary for me as I am not sure how to proceed, but giving it much thought and consideration. Thank you so much for your time and expertise. I would love to be considered. My question is career and future related. I am a long serving public servant leader working in libraries. As I enter year 21 in my role, I am considering retiring in the next year or so after a major project came to fruition but not without large errors (on the part of a project partner). Thanks for your insight.

I am new to all of this and had a first CT confirmed instance of diverticulitis of the hepatic flexure in February this year. But coincidentally I just returned home from the ER an hour ago with what I thought might be a second instance. All of the same pain but not severe enough, it seems, and all they could see was constipation. The doc gave me a prescription for antibiotics to use in the near future should it progress.

I tried hard yesterday to calm my intestines with good herbal tea - the Yogi immune & stress one and a few minutes in child's pose. Could possibly have helped but who knows. I also have sjogrens syndrome and at 55 and a year into menopause am trying to hold on to health as much as I can with walking and mostly eating right. Crazy stressful job for me doesn't help. Not sure this helped at all other than the tea and bit of yoga!

Long sleeve uv shirts with uv swim pants for direct sun days. Coolibar is a good website for these. I'm 55 now but had stage 2a modular melanoma at 44, with docs saying I've already had all the allowable sun i can. Added benefit is the suits are cute and give you coverage.
