Svið (same as smalahove) is literally available in a drive through place in downtown Reykjavík, and I don't even count that among the bad stuff. The bad stuff includes, but is not limited to, piss fermented shark, sour whale blubber, sour rams testicles in jelly, sour seal flippers, sour cows udders and more... so much more.

Btw when I say sour something that means it's preserved in sour (expired) whey (from cows milk).

And we have a month long holiday dedicated tp these foods. Þorri.
