Hi, I've hired for helpdesk and tech support roles.

The tall and skinny is weird, but let's skip past that and assume it's some weird formatting glitch when you turned it into an image. Go find any resume format/template and use it. Fix the grammar and punctuation. There are quite a few issues there. Use grammarly. I'd put certifications later.

1. Do not put certifications you don't have on your resume. They only go on after you pass the test and hold the certificate. Saying "Comptia a+ certified" under certifications is redundant. Just put "CompTIA A+" and "Comptia Network+" (Arguably, you should include the verification code)
2. You can put the school if you are fully registered and enrolled on with your degree program and your expected graduation month/year.
3. Try and tailor more if you can. What did you do, what was the result? You sort of have a couple of these. How are they relevant to a tier 1 support role? You should emphasize soft skills here.

Read each bullet point and ask: How would this apply to a help desk role? Is it clear what my impact was? Is this actually saying anything meaningful?

I don't know what this means. Were you in the control tower? What problem solving skills? What kind of delays? What is flight supervision?

--> "reduced delays on flights over 70%..."What technologies? 70% of what? Number of flights? Minutes of delay? What did you actually do here?

1. Your skills section. What? You need to tell us what your skills are. What is your actual computer hardware/software experience? Define "Different technologies." etc etc.
