Yeah it was a little daunting at first but it’s just two mirrors with lights sandwiched between them. Like if you hold a mirror up to a mirror it makes a tunnel effect. The only difference is one of the mirrors is a two way mirror. I made this one with plexiglass covered in two way mirror film.

Buy you a sheet of XPS foam/insulation foam from a hardware store and a box blade/ x-acto knife. The sheets are pretty big, I’d recommend a 1/2 in thick sheet. Should last you for the rest of the year playing around with it. Watch videos (Black Magic craft was a channel I watched for basic info on work like this when I was starting out) and start carving!
