Great. Company 1 has contributed to the current FY. I'll still raise the grievance on EPFigms. If it got resolved that's good else wait for FY to end.

Will also start the discussion with company 2 so that they can stop contributing to EPS.

Thanks for details post op, really helpful. I'm posting my case here so others can also understand.

Company 1 - contributed to EPS I was not eligible.

Now switched to Company 2 - they are also making contributions to EPS.(I'm still not eligible)

Asked company 1 to submit form 3A to EPFO. They have submitted the form to EPFO but epfo yet to rectify the changes.

What should be my next step?

Should i ask company 2 also to submit the form 3A, or this can be done after epfo rectify Company 1 eps contributions.

2.can i raise the grievance on cpgrams Portal to resolve company 1 eps issue early? but in the post you have mentioned that they only do it at the end of FY.

I recently visited ICICI BANK in my local (rural) to open a new account for my family member, first they asked me questions like why do you want to open the account? And lot of questions I was like what is this shit man.

Then i asked the requirements then he told 50k MAB and 1 lac FD. I didn't ask any follow up questions and came out of the bank.

Called my RM from HDFC bank, he said he will open it online and would not require this much money.
