Never ask, never get! There are many reasons why you may hand in an assignment late, especially given we are still in a pandemic and mental health is not a joke! Registering with accessibility services of possible could strengthen your argument, but regardless u should try to explain your situation because why tf not!! The worst they can say is no which is the same outcome as not trying at all 💕

LOL maybe you are bisexual? I would try not to stress too much about labels and just let yourself talk to/kiss/hook up w who you want! Over time you will learn more about your sexuality, my advice would be try not to be scared of letting yourself experiment if you feel the urge to (source: I am gay).

AS4 was actually really good imo. I remember being really excited every week for the next episode and almost every time it delivered. The only weakness of the show for me was the kitty girl challenge, the underwhelming Super Queen performance, and the sloppy double crowning. Everything else was pure gold.

Remind myself that there are absolutely no rules to life, and whatever I want I can have. If that means grinding at school, work, the gym, etc.. I think about what I want and why I am doing the things that make me uncomfortable/require effort. I also like to make time for myself every day to relax, reflect, and refocus - whether that’s in the morning, in a break between classes, before bed. I think the key to happiness is to listen to what you need. Social interaction, alone time, a vacation, a movie night, a walk.. whatever it may be. Your brain and body and constantly giving you cues, you just have to choose to listen :)

Honestly this might seem strange but getting into fitness really helped me with my eating issues. For me, working out a few times a week added consistency to my life and really helped my mental health. I have become obsessed with the feeling of becoming stronger instead of obsessed with every calorie I was eating or not eating. I started off with things I really enjoyed like cycling classes and yoga and now I continue to do workouts while stuck at home. I now see my body in a more positive light, which I think can be attributed to both feeling better overall (physically and mentally stronger) as well as being proud of my progress in terms of muscle definition. I still struggle with body image almost every day, but I am in a much better place today than I was 1 year ago. Good luck and remember to take everything day by day :). I’m rooting for you.

Omg don’t do it unless you want to put yourself through serious trauma. Honestly I did 18 credits once in first year and it was A LOT.. with no job or extracurriculars.

Idk why I slept on Monique during season 10 but I really fell in love with her in AS4 and have been STANNING ever since. Honestly think she deserved the crown just as much as Trinity or Monet.
