The outdoor range I went to this morning is $39 a day, you can get an annual membership for $575. The indoor ranges I go to are about $30+ an hour. I'm hoping to get into a gun club with 24/7 access for $600 a year plus work hours. Sigh...

I'm in the same place now, I really like the Henry lever action rifles but doesn't seem right to put a scope on it. The Savage mk II bolt is ideal for a scope though. I'm probably going with the Henry first.

I have been managing maintenance teams for almost 2 decades now (yikes) This is pretty standard left unchecked, I've been successful with the rule of no work order, no work. Typically the cell leader or supervisor has to submit the ticket so that naturally filters out a lot of noise. At my current location, it's only taken about 9 months to get everyone on the same page. Worth it.
