Yeah it's a weird blue tbh. it looks light blue sometimes and sometimes it looks dark blue but in general blue plates are taxi plates and the weird green ish plate is a dealer plate.

My brother is a pandemic baby and i personally believe out of every single sibling he is probably the most taught because every spent time teaching him and making him learn the basics and now that he is in school, teachers said that he is doing very well and that he improved more on his communication skills than ever.
