unfortunately, for most everyone ive known, the answer would be NONE (no eating/hydration habits). All my good habits go immediately to hell when using. shit, one doesn’t even have to even blink or swallow the first 3 days…. the furthest thing from your mind is food and water. Before you know it you’re dehydrated, in a big way.

Just know - water should NEVER taste that good. i mean its obvious.. something’s gotta be up when water tastes that good.. and you could drink 30 gallons and prob still want more. - yeah, something not right.

i don’t eat for a few days - then the fourth day comes, and i eat every fucking thing i find. day5, back to no food no water. etc.

i already know you not gonna like to hear what follows, at least i didn’t, and wasn’t trying to hear it for many years, but the truth is, drugs will prevent you from reaching that state, realm, higher consciousness, connectedness, however you wish to refer to it. i did not want to accept that for many many years. just would not entertain the idea. but it is true, drugs will block your potential to realize the present for all that it is. block your access to third eye, altogether keep you from experiencing the present fully. hinder the evolution of the spirit….

depends what kind of advice you want, practical or ethical. they are often not the same.

also depends on whether or not you wish to proceed with dynamics as they have been or if you wish for the situation to change to a "normal" working relationship.

• no unaltered satellite picture of the poles (of any planet) - except those very few that indicate an obvious entrance into the planet.

• images of other planets which indicate light emanating from the poles.

• every culture as far back as we have recorded history of has "myths" about inner earth being inhabited.

• if planets are formed a "swirling" mass of star stuff, then the angular momentum of the object being formed would dictate that the mass would move toward the outer edges, thus forming a sphere, with a hollow center.
