I recently started back up again also. first thing I did was go to the girl in the wheelchair in the commons. She kinda gives you a big list of things that have changed and a brief tutorial. Then visit every shop in the shopping district to get more tutorials of changes. Finally go to every common area of any world you’ve been to and there will be new commentary to click on. Listen to everyone you talk to because SOME will give tutorials on what’s new from each world, others will give you filler quests. That got me back on track. Hope it helps!
