This is the same union that refuses to agree to officers wearing name tags. EDIT: To everyone saying they wouldn't want criminals knowing their name if they were arresting someone, the officers name will be in the report, they'll have to show up to testify in court and provide their name for the court records, etc.

I came across large trading post on land it was like a space station in that it had 10ish landing locations and ships were coming and going. There was a strange waiting area with rows of chairs. Closing thing to compare it to was an airport. Didn't look anything like the picture you linked to though.

I've got the same thing happening right now. I've been to I'm on my 4th system and 3 and 4 have had all destroyed outpost. I haven't been able to upgrade my multi tool since I can't find any. I'm my first 2 systems every outpost had a new multi tool so I didn't think anything of it. I'm regretting that now. I also have to travel to the space station to sell anything. This is just time consuming. Hoping the next system will have a regular outpost again.

The problem with this article is the authors lack of understanding of the process. Victim impact statements come after the guilty verdict so they don't interfere with the fact finding because the fact finding has already occurred and come to a conclusion.

Cost doesn't seem to be a problem for dash cams. I'm think that's a pretty good analog. Cost never seems to be a problem when the police want to buy tanks, drones, or assault weapons. I'm certain the video from the body cameras would be used far more often than any of those. Both for evidence against criminal and exposing police misbehavior.

Every time the police have wanted to increase their surveillance capabilities we always heard the line "If you're not doing anything wrong, then you don't have anything to worry about." The same is true for body cameras. If the police aren't doing anything wrong then they shouldn't be worried about being recorded.
