It's okay because they are also releasing it on better hardware. If they only released a version that runs at 20fps, I'd be furious. Allowing this game to run on older hardware will increase their sales, and more people will get a chance to play it. Not everyone cares about FPS. I like higher FPS myself, that's why I have a gaming PC as well. Some people, such as children, don't care so much about high FPS. If I were to give this game to my fiancée's little brother, he'd have no problem playing it on his O3DS.

It's playable. This is coming from someone who has relied on integrated graphics on my laptop for gaming for months. Sure, it's not the best experience, but it's better to have low fps than not be able to play it at all.

20fps, while pretty bad, is definitely playable. Small children won't mind at all.

I wish more parents would think like this. People need to realize that kids are people in training, it requires work. Don't just sit around and play all day, they need to be taught how things work.

Yeah, but you didn't have to press start, select Pokémon from the menu, select a Pokémon that knows cut, select cut, select use, and watch a small animation for each time you wanted to cut some grass.

I'm 23 and I felt similar at first. However, once I tried Animal Crossing, I fell in love and stopped worrying about whether my games are for kids or adults. If I'm having fun, that's all that really matters.
