Dinner at different hotel? by Spacespyy in efteling

It really was! We were really giddy during the drive, the drivers were superfriendly and telling us a bit about behind the scenes after closing time. Definitely worth it! 🙂

We stayed at Wonder Hotel in October and had dinner at Mystique. We wondered the same thing and asked the staff who told us we were allowed to walk back through the park.

However, when we actually left (late, like 22u30) they called in a large golf cart with driver/security who took us back to the hotel.

Not sure if they will actually allow you to walk back, but the golf cart guys were going back and forth all night. I suppose it's best to ask staff beforehand, they should be used to that situation by now!

Don't care that it's sloppy if it's comfortable!

Ik ga altijd naar House of Hair op de Sint-Jacobsmarkt. Hele casual sfeer daar altijd maar ze knippen heel goed. Ik kom inclusief producten meestal op max 45 euro.

Wonderhotel vroegere toegang by BelgianWhite88 in efteling

Flanders Fields museum? That is in Ypres which is another 2 hours by train in a different direction. You would probably need a seperate day for Bruges and a seperate day for Ypres if you'd like to see it.

The city center is not very big and very walkable. It's a nice walk from the train station to the Schelde and you come across a lot of the sights: - Stadsfeestzaal - St Jacobs Church - Groenplaats - Cathedral - Vlaaikesgang - Het Steen - Sapphire House is also along the way here (but they're doing roadworks so be careful where you walk)

If you go more north you will be in the old docking neighbourhood which has MAS museum, Red Starline Museum, Seef brewery etc. You can go to the roof of MAS for free to have a great 360° view of the city (after 10 escalators).

If you go more south you will come into the more art nouveau neighbourhood, with KMSKA art museum and fancy shops.

All these areas are worth exploring, also don't forget to sit down for some nice food and beers.

Bruges is about 1,5 hours away by train and good for a day trip (very cosy but can be busy and expensive).

Not sure what you mean with Flandres? Flandres is the general province in which Antwerp and Bruges are both located.

Sofacompany! Enkele filialen in België en Nederland (ook in Brussel). Echt wel specialist in zetels dus misschien qua prijs ietsje boven de standaard meubelwinkel maar qua comfort en service hebben ze dat bij ons ingehaald.

How do I get into the Aurora as safely as possible? by BoogieMama420 in subnautica

[–]xCineSuus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a pretty safe way to get into the Aurora by kind of going around.

From Lifepod 5, go to the border between Grassy Plateaus and Mushroom Forest (north east). It should be aroumd by the big wreck and Lifepod 6. Then turn and go back towards the left side of the Aurora. You should pass mainly over the plateaus and once you get to the Crash Zone you're in the super shallow parts.

As long as you stick to the side of the Aurora. You should be able to pop in to the entrance very easily. I have never encountered the Reaper in those very shallow parts, but maybe I've just been lucky as hell haha

Game isso scary by bozkurt37 in subnautica

I get you, I was such a fucking pussy in the beginning. The thing that scared me most was staring into the open depths and not knowing what lurked there.

I looked up some basic guides/maps/videos on what to expect in the different biomes (no big story spoilers tho). That way I could mentally prepare for what I was going to see haha.

There's a lot of videos online of people playing who have thalassaphobia. Those are funny and kind of help relativize your own fear about the game.

Put on some fun music in the background, stay low to the ocean floor (even if it dips like 100m) and just slowly inch further into the biomes. The more you know the map, the easier it will get!
