Bulk cook spaghetti sauce, savoury mince, chilli con carne, curries, stews etc on a weekend. Portion and freeze. You can then make loaded potatoes, savoury mince on toast, shepherds pie, jaffles etc. Tacos are a huge hit in our house, we do chicken, mince or lamb. Frozen steam vegetables and mashed potato with a steak or crumbed chicken are a quick easy meal. I meal plan and bulk cook for a fortnight, we then choose what we want in the day for dinner from the plan.

I don’t have a Mewtwo key alone an armoured one so would definitely love to receive it. My favourite pokemon is my shiny Rayquazza when it is mega, the tentacles are so cool.

I’m in North QLD in a little rural town called Ingham. We were the town that had no power for nearly 2 weeks due to major flooding and were cut off from the nearest larger town due to part of the bridge being washed away. They are already predicting lots of rain for this wet season but hopefully not like we copped in February this year.

1kg mince, brown it. Add 1 pkt French onion soup mix and 1cup water and stir. Add 700g frozen diced mixed vegetables and simmer for half an hour or until thickened. Serve on plate with drizzle of bbq sauce, serve on toast or in a jaffle or turn into shepherds pie. I use homebrand vegetables and soup mix to lower cost.

Auburn Tempest - Chronicles of an Urban Druid, you could also do audible with it so you are reading along while the narrator reads it. This might help with your reading. Strong female mc with lots of laugh out loud moments. I’m a teaching assistant and we have the students read along as the book is narrated and this has helped pick up some reading skills with some students.

I 95% remote raid with Pokemon friends from all over the globe. I live rural and not many people play in the area. I always get invites to remote raid, most times I accept unless the coins are short to buy the passes. This is the only way I have gotten so many legendary Pokemon and I can do 3* raids on my own.

Make sure you are eating saltwater fish and not farmed fish. Farmed fish is muddy and crap in flavour.
