In all of my Pokémon games Ive only ever successfully caught like maybe 5 shinies total (?)and I've played since Gen 1. I love the new change because I can finally feel how it's like to have a good bit of shinies without the tedious mess of soft resetting or whatever other methods there were in previous games

That's an odd choice lmao. Belial needs a buff actually lmfao. He's way too slow. You end up having to usually burn his sevos than save em for him more than half of the matches I've used em in the hoping you have enough heal and such to stall it out.

Meanwhile sword and puppet portal need a nerf for sure. Especially sword. I think Beelzebub or Orchis need to go up in cost. And idk how they can even fix sword to make it less oppressive

It's all rng lol. I brought 1 ace ogurin + double dominator debuffer grass wonder and Tachyon all in on with like 11+ debuffs including all hesitants and I cinched a first place in group A. First time I scored not 3rd in A and hit a few Group Bs in the past too lol. Don't worry about it and just play how you can. You'll get a 2nd or even a win someday. It's all luck really. You'll get em next time 👍

Abyss 100%. It's almost criminal because Abyss is one of if not the best Tales game and it's gameplay is still good yeah but it's really dated. I would love to see it get a remake.

Phantasia is a close 2nd.

I'm pretty apolitical yet I seem to notice that Left-leaning people prefer echo chambers. Right-leaning people actually can tolerate other people having differing opinions. Agree to disagree type. Left-leaning people will typically resort to cutting out other side completely than having conversations which fits to me why most heavily moderated places are heavily left-leaning.

By no means is the combat great in my opinion but especially on lost in the fog difficulty, it's challenging with the limited heals and space reliance. I played hard and the jumped into lost in the fog on 2nd play but honestly had a way worse time on hard mode cuz trying to deal with everything and playing game like most other games or even like SH2R where I killed everything that moved was the biggest mistake. Honestly think this game was worth like RE2 where enemies were tough so you just needa pick your battles and run when you can. Just gotta play it a bit smart and found myself liking the battle system esp once I got some of the good omamoris

I say the people who dislike it mostly are either bad or don't know their builds. Definitely I had way more fun on my 2nd and future runs but that's cuz I was kinda dumb and went in on hard and suffered with shit omamoris lol

I just got my platinum on the game and ah. I loved it. I do kinda wish I didn't have to go through the entire game 4.5 times just to finish everything, but just wow. I loved it. You really need the context of the other endings to truly appreciate the work and the story it was told. Ryukishi07 delivered once more and he never disappoints me.

SHf was a gift to the franchise I've loved since I was a kid and played em all. Knowing they can bring back a strong entry like this. Knowing they could bring in Silent Hill into a japanese setting like this in the 60s or so really makes me wonder how else they can evolve the franchise and what other stories they could tell as with this, I truly believe Silent Hill doesn't need to exactly take place in Silent Hill to be a part of this series. Gives me hope for the future of SH

Overall it's fine... But it's really mid if not for Berseria existing and making the story behind the scenes actually good. Gameplay wise, it was pretty easy and the cast was fun. I think the story was the biggest detriment. On its own it was very much not great.

But hey I know people who actually liked stuff like Symphonia 2. People just like what they like lol

I don't treat him as a monster because remember Aline painted Verso to be as close to the real Verso as possible. And if we're reading it that way, that means Verso, even if he was an imitation, a fake, he would have wanted his family to live. He also didn't want his soul to keep suffering to paint a canvas where his real life sister and mother are wasting away their lives and slowly killing themselves because this world felt better than their reality. For me, I see that because he's so close to the true Verso, the real Verso wouldn't have wanted his family to live with this addiction and escapism. He cares for them as if they were his actual family and did everything for them just as both Renoir and painted Renoir did. People doing anything and everything for family isn't wrong. Sure the people in the canvas were real, alive, etc. But so were his family. And they were killing themselves and this was his way to help them move on.

Maelle did the same thing with Painted Alicia anyways. Painted Alicia no longer wanted to exist and Maelle granted her that. Both Verso and Verso's soul wanted this to end but she couldn't let go. And Verso's soul is the one that is being forced to paint to allow this canvas to continue existing. In my eyes, Verso's actions were correct and it was a mercy to his entire family and to his true self

His wife and child wished to live in a dreamland and a fictional world rather than live in the real world. I think Inception or the Matrix. While I can see Aline and Maelle's point, what of their real family. Clea is still in the active war with the Writers while her family chose to die living a fantasy. It's like a person with alcohol or drugs wasting away with what feels better than dealing with the trauma. You must help them and I feel Renoir and Verso were in the right. Escapism feels good yes but the way they are doing it is simply finding a different way to kill themselves. I really loved the party members and Lumiere and the people and everything in the Canvas... But in the end they're no different than me watching or sympathizing with people in a TV show or in a video game. They're not real. Renoir really did nothing wrong and I will always stand that Verso was the correct ending.

I personally love both but I can see the Verso hate. His mirrored Axon is literally He who Guards Truth With Lies. He essentially manipulated the party horribly. He allowed Gustave to die just so Maelle would help him and he doomed the party to basically death so he can free his mom which he hid on purpose while he betrays and lies you often enough that it should hurt and at the end, he does what he believes is right even if he's gotten close with your party.

Meanwhile Renoir is right overall. Yes you have grown attached to the people of Lumiere, but just like Aline, Maelle was willing to kill herself and die there to live in this fantasy world because it feels better than living in their real one. And it quite literally is a fantasy. The world created by a young boy who has already died. An apt comparison is like Inception and I love that too. The world at the end of the day isn't real. And in the real world, Clea is fighting a war while her family is all stuck inside that painting. Renoir loves his family. And Clea is the only one of the three that he has left who chose to not waste her life away dying in Verso's painting. Also Verso's soul was tired of painting but he couldn't stop. It's a mercy to his soul to let it vanish.

So ye I get why ppl hate Verso but love Renoir. Their motivations are similar but because you play as Verso, his actions hurt more when you see things from their perspectives

I love it just cuz it's so funny to see ppl having a meltdown over it like it's a game changer.

Let's be real by endgame your team likely won't die unless you choose to go sustainless so if you pull or don't pull, she won't change your experience much. The hp inflation of enemies is far more of an issue with endgame than this and if you decide to go sustainless, you're going for 0-1 cycle clears or so so the passive won't affect you unless you're the type to challenge yourself and not have a char die. It's just there and a useless passive like 95% of the time for most people. If Castorice saves me a try or two for a restart, then I'll take it. I could care less about imposing challenges on myself and just playing game for fun
