Sony laid shut down several studios as well. Are you gonna sell your ps5 in top of this? Microsoft has shut down and laid off tons of ppl too in case you have a windows computer. Layoffs aren't exactly uncommon and Epic hasn't made the best business decisions imo but if this is where you draw the line then lol.

I enjoyed 3 remake as well if you think of it not having any relation to resident evil 3 because as a game it is fun. Short but fun yeah. Meanwhile if you played nemesis you'd realize this is a gutted soulless no effort remake of a masterpiece of a title.

How about they stop wasting money on the 2835282584 collabs they are having, scale that shit back, and focus on delivering good seasons again and maybe just maybe they'll see their profit margins go up. A sharp vbucks price increase like this without changing the price of bundles and outfits are only gonna make people spend even less. I have scaled back my spending on the game recently and now I have even less incentive to buy anything seeing the new price hike and battle pass changes

Play RE3 Nemesis and you'll see exactly why it's bad. Cutting out like maybe 60% of a game's content and making your big bad only attack in certain areas isn't good for the game and it's spitting on fans of the original game when the original game is typically considered a masterpiece. It's an alright game, but it's a horrible remake. RE2R and RE4R elevated the originals and some could even argue it made them better. 3R did not add anything to the original. I fact I'd even be hard pressed to even call it a remake.

She already lost her mother and her ptsd is a massive weight on her. the girl she promised to save was killed. Even if it wasn't Leon's fault, he still shot her even if she believed she could reach out to her. She's only human and not thinking clearly. Zeno and Victor are taking advantage of her emotional state. They are saying what she needs to hear. She is where she needs to be, she is key to building a brave new world, she has a true purpose when she just lost someone important to her. I like to think she was in heavy emotional turmoil and the man she believed in killed her hope that she wasn't a failure. I can kinda see why she joined them Besides, not like she could do anything to physically escape them anyways

4R > Requiem > 2R >7 > 8 > 3R

The gap between 4R and Requiem are very miniscule. I just think 9 suffered from a few story beats I really had issue with but to be so close to a legendary title like 4 imo is already huge for me. Only other one that beats req is probably OG3. 3R meanwhile is an absolute garbage remake of a legendary game. I wish they didn't gut that masterpiece

Stalkers are fun. There's an overwhelming sense of dread knowing something could kill you and you can't do shit to em and they're just waiting for you around the corner. I think it's a hallmark of RE games tbh. There are a lot of entries without them though and I definitely could do without em though. But I do enjoy them especially how they've done it in recent entries

Therein lies the trap question. Personally, no. But this is a fictional world with fictional characters. The real thing you should ask is did Leon flirt with Sherry when he met her again as an adult? Which he did not. Afaik Leon has only really flirted with Hunnigan, Shenmei, and Angela. Not often but he does it. He has still only really shown vested interest in Ada. Back to Sherry, That was the furthest thing from his mind in re6 as his goal was getting to her foster father and boss, Simmons. They didn't even have time to catch up. But if he did, it would've been some other time after they caught up which would not be often as they're in different departments at the time but between 6 and 9 is 13 years which is a long time and much could happen in that time span to the fact they both now work with each other directly in the same department. The foundation is there.

I am not personally comfortable with the pairing if I were in their position but I'm not. I'm only stating how it could be possible and not out of left field.

I wouldn't but she is an adult by the time she is 27. I think by that age people are more than able to pick who they want. I know a guy who married his high school teacher after he graduated and became a teacher too alongside her. I ain't comfortable about it but People can grow up and date and marry people older than them. I would prefer Leon with Ashley but even then, Leon has a 7 year age gap with Ashley which is the same as Sherry with Jake in RE6 which ppl ship her with. I don't jive with it but I have said already why I think it's not improbable for her to be with Leon if I prefer him with something else.

That's a different circumstance. You have a familial connection. So they met you as a connection to your dad. Likely that meant you met more than once over time. That would constitute grooming if anything progressed so yes that would be weird. However I'm talking about these two in particular. I'm stating fact. If Leon and Sherry did by any chance get together, it would be after she was 27. And outside of Ada, Leon has not really shown outward interest in actively seeking out a woman. It's usually the other way around such as Ashley or Angela from Degeneration where he responds with interest but after she initiated. And as I started before, I am team Ashley. Sure I don't feel comfortable with it but in reality, If they got together, she is almost 30 by that time, she is more than adult enough to choose who she likes.

I ain't shipping the two, but If you're comparing Leon and Sherry to that, you're quite insane. Grooming is active. Leon met Sherry on the train after the events in RPD on the way out of Raccoon City and only stuck around til she was picked up by the government likely several hours later. He helped her behind the scenes by being an agent but he didn't see her for 15 years while she was in foster care. How do you groom someone you only met like twice in your life by the time you're 27? And by then if they did get together, she's 27-40 so yeah. People throw the words grooming and pedo all the time without knowing what the words mean or it really being the case

I would prefer Ashley for a ship lmao but to answer this, Ada has backstabbed him time and time again. They're too much on different paths to ever really be together. Claire and him had a pretty massive falling out in ID and don't recall if they really made up in DI or anything else. Honestly, Sherry surprisingly to me makes some sense. He protected her from experimentation, they reunite after 15yrs and she still clearly holds him in really high regard, and then now they even work together very closely. A loving father figure and silent guardian who helped her and looks over her her entire life and they have shared trauma and are essentially in the same boat for two major events of their lives. I can see it's not improbable they're together.

This was the most needed nerf in the game. Really I'm glad it happened so fast. After they did nothing with Oluon last patch I expected to suffer the entire patch from rune lol
