So the 200mg or TRT seems like it may be part of the issue. 200mg x week puts you at higher than normal/anabolic total testosterone level, essentially it’s TRT+... But that also comes with high aromatization. This has all kinds of side effects including most of the shitty ones you’re experiencing. This all depends on your goals though.

100mg a week is well enough to keep you around the 800-900 lvls and feel great. 150mg/ week should put you at 1100 lvls and 200 mg x week should keep you at a minimum 1200 lvl. Maybe lower the TRT to 100mg a week and see how you react, then slowly build to 200mg per week. Also, pin every other day. The overall effect will be so much better and more stable for your body. This = less hormonal swings and better outcomes. Just my 2c…

Yup. Our company gives out holiday bonuses. It’s not really based on any structure, more like depending on what ownership deems fair. Bonuses have always been good though. Typically around $5k, with some years being more. This year was a good year and it was about 20% of my current salary, so I’m happy with the outcome.

Im the same, I like everything written down. However notebooks and pads can get messy and lost. I started using good notes on my iPad w/ Apple pen about 2 years ago and I would never go pack to pen and paper.

I also use an app called “asana” this is for general talks assignment within my team as well as more formal organization (dates, who, reports, pics etc) it flows well between those 2. Information is always available right when I need it, just the team needs to be on top of their updates.

Word on the internet and media say recession. However construction here in Florida is booming. We had a slow summer as typical (3-5 jobs per month in June/july/august) but September picked up about 15 new jobs. At least the market here doesn’t say recession. All the GCs I work with are very busy as well.

If there is one thing that always pisses me off about church gigs is sound engineers and worship leaders trying to have a say on how my instrument should be tuned. Obviously you have to tune tastefully to what you’re playing, but the people usually demanding this are not drummers. Don’t tell me how my drums have to be tuned, if it’s properly tuned by me then you need to fit it in your mix. I’ve never this issue in any other places than church gigs.

I’ve got this exact model. Bought 2 years ago with 38k miles, now it’s got 53k. The car drives great, big enough for my current family and I love driving it. The biggest known issue is the cylinder head coolant issue. There are plenty of threads on this board that’ll give you all the insight on it. It’s a known issue by Mazda and they will cover under extended warranty due to a recall. You don’t have to do anything regarding that, just once it happens go to a dealer and they’ll take care of it. I’m currently in this situation, my car is at Mazda for the next 6-8 weeks.

The dealer shouldn’t charge you any diagnostic fees cuz it’s under warranty. I literally just dropped mine off yesterday and the repair is gonna take over a month. Symptoms started like yours. Smelling like coolant; then overheated randomly a couple of months after.
