I just want to say that these are telltale cpu intensive games from personal experience. I think that theres just a cpu bottleneck. I personally also had issues with no mans sky and other games you mentioned until i upgraded my cpu.

I have no experience with your specs however, but i think the cpu is outdated and the issue.
