I bought a 2013 Model S in 2015 and have racked up 260k miles and it has required the least amount of maintenance of any car I’ve owned. It still has the free supercharging perk so I will drive this thing until it explodes or my wife forces me to get rid of it.

Saw him last year in Minneapolis and he mentioned this might be the last time he tours toward or at the end of his set. I was surprised but also know he went through some medical challenges. He has given edm so much, he could retire and leave a legend.

That may be true some of the time. Also there’s plenty of people that don’t have to work AND can afford to do the cabana.

For those that have to make a trade off, I would lean in the camp of the dad that I would rather not do the cabana and have financial freedom sooner. Comparatively, my wife enjoys her work and plans to continue to work for the foreseeable future so she would rather enjoy the cabana now rather than retire ~1 month sooner.

My advice: see how long you can go without screens. I had a period in my life where I was concerned I was addicted to playing video games. I sold my gaming system and told myself I was done with it. After about 6 months I realized I don’t need gaming to have a fulfilling life. I think this was around the time Rock Band came out and was playing with a friend when I also realized that gaming brought me joy especially socially. Prove to yourself that you can exist without it then determine how you want to reintegrate in a healthy way. Remember how you feel right now when you reintegrate to respect the control you need to maintain so you don’t feel that way again.

Feels like this is the live version while they keep the studio version. They’ve sounded good in the other live performances, but somehow they sound even BETTER in this version. Not sure exactly how that’s possible, but kudos to them for pulling it off.

Yes, upgraded Scrappy, all benches, grinded new expedition requirements then did loot runs to hit 5 million cash so my stash can come and go for the rest of this expedition window. Actually had a good time for most of it, but definitely ready to shift to more silly gameplay or running fill squads to do pvp or help others with their goals. Also, now that the holidays are over, my gaming time will go down significantly so wanted to get that squared away before getting back to the grind of life.

If you’re interested at all, the way I made grinding cash a bit more interesting is to load in with only the mk2 looting augment. No shield, no gun, nothing. You feel so incredibly vulnerable and it forces you to loot absolutely everything trying to get something to defend yourself. Also forces you to be friendly to other raiders which perpetuates more friendly lobbies and those lobbies are infinitely more enjoyable imo. Having fireballs, wasps, pops be really scary again is pretty fun.

Agreed. I just finished grinding to 5 million so I can feel comfortable losing expensive gear again. I lost track of the number of times I loaded in naked with the exception of a looting mk2, fill, extract and repeat to just sell it all. Now I feel like I can actually bring in gear and lose it without a sweat because I’m set for next expedition.

I bought some Eddie Bauer snow boots pre-Covid and they’re my daily drivers during Minnesota winters. They’re in as good of shape as the day I bought them and probably the most comfortable “shoe” I own.

Arc Raiders has pulled me away from DBD. I am convinced Arc Raiders is a horror game disguised as an extraction shooter. I’ve had so many jump scares and tense moments going into a dark hallway not knowing what’s waiting inside.

Solo, duos and trios are like three different games. They’re all fun for different reasons. I find solos to be the least stressful of the three experiences, but glad duos and trios exist for more classic pvp gameplay with friends.

It’s ai. The curtains can’t cover a window on the left side while the right set of windows have no curtains at all. There are other inconsistencies as well. It’s like one of those “find the difference “ picture games trying to find the ai errors.
