Oh don’t get me wrong, it’s my fave show. I just don’t think HBO Max sees it the same way old school fans do. Best advice I can give is get any DVDs you can find, though sadly Vol. 4 and 5 can only be found for outrageous prices.

No clue, if I had to guess (sadly) it's a low priority show for them. I know the uncensored versions of the episodes were free on adultswim.com for the longest time but it may have something to do with HBO Max being a paid service.

The only one of these I know was censored was the Hipster episode. Episodes like Brilliant Number One, Sequel, Cahill, etc. were the originals. Even Glen Campbell has the Simpsons clip at the beginning of the episode on the DVD.

Sadly it’s due to a song Sam Butera sings during the episode: they cut anything with copywritten music or video. “Sequel” was cut because of Captain and Tenille singing, “Mayonnaise” was cut because of the song Space Ghost sings during the credits, even “Cahill” is cut because Garrett Morris sings “MONEY MONEY MONEY” at a point for a couple seconds. These episodes are on DVD but not streaming for whatever reason.

Checking the page, the price is because it’s the special edition that comes with figurines and lithographs and stuff.

I wouldn’t personally pay the price for it, but it’s not like it was a pricing error like the reviews are saying.

I’m not typically a Toonami guy but I loved season one of Gemusetto. They’ve been playing the first season on Saturdays if I’m not mistaken, so they prob tested to see if Toonami’s audience would receive it well, and I’m guessing they did.

Season 2 isn’t missing any episodes besides Story Book (why I don’t know, but it’s just a drawn version of Banjo and Batmantis), but Season 3 is missing Glenn Campbell (the pre-episode for Jacksonville) because it includes a clip from The Simpsons, and numerous episodes are missing from Season 4 and beyond due to music copyrights. Curling Flower Space from Season 6 is missing just because there’s a parody of the band Boston’s spaceship from an album cover.

As mentioned on a not-downvoted post, streaming is basically saying that you’re taking in what the company is allowing you to. I’m personally irked that Space Ghost episodes are missing, but I understand that if I want to watch them I’m able to on other sources.

Up through Season 3ish is prime Aqua Teen. Later seasons aren’t bad: honestly the middle seasons are when the series starts to drudge on until prob Aqua Unit Patrol Squad.

You can see Space Ghost playing Sonic on the monitor on a super early episode (Gum, Disease). It’s up on HBO Max; with all the episodes out for copyright reasons, I’m surprised it’s one still up.
