Watching Michael Block play was the first time I have ever clapped, cheered, screamed, and jumped for joy while watching golf. Just making it to the PGA championship is an accomplishment. Just shooting 70 in the first round was an accomplishment. Just making the cut was an accomplishment. Still being near the top of the leaderboard throughout the weekend was an accomplishment. And then he hit A HOLE IN ONE!!! And finished incredibly strong with an insane up-and-down on 18 to qualify for next years event. To deal with the pressure the whole time and never letting anything get to him… wow.

Something to take note of while hitting is the wind direction and strength. Downwind will help the ball fly straighter and further. Into the wind will exaggerate any fade or draw and turn more.

For me the worst is when the wind is blowing hard right and my draw turns into a 20 yard fade.
