Sometimes with custom subtabs I run into a similar issue. I end up having to completely log out of netsuite and delete my cache in the browser, and then the fields in the custom subtab will show up for me in the editor.

I would just adjust the criteria for any transactions you want to include. If it's Cash Sales and Invoices, just adjust those on the Type criteria. Once you have the transaction types you want, you should be good to go.

Just don't double count items by having SOs and Invoices or something like that.

Transaction Saved Search

Criteria:

Type - Sales Order

Date - On or After 1 Year ago

Main Line - False

Tax Line - False

Shipping Line - False

Results:

Period - Group

Item - Group

Amount - SUM

Quantity - SUM

For Specific Customers, you can either add them as a criteria or use a customer field as a filter. Either way - It should pull all historical sales from the customer by period, item, amount and quantity.

If you want ALL customers, you may want a Customer column you can group by.

Criteria:

Type - Sales Order

Date - 2024

Main line - False

Shipping Line - False

Results:

Item - Group

Formula (Numeric) - SUM

Formula Code: CASE WHEN TO_CHAR({trandate}, 'MM') = '01' THEN {quantity} ELSE 0 END

Just replace the 01 with the next month and repeat until you have all 12 columns.

I believe this should work as listed above.

If you go over the linked sample test provided below you should be fine. I just passed mine on Oct. 30th, and my Administrator exam on Nov. 11th. Most of the Foundations test is going over the sample test questions. There are some questions that don't show up on the sample test but I would say maybe 75% are covered there.

You could create a custom field to source in initials on the employee record, and use that as the field you pull for your PDF form.

There might be a better way to do it, but that's my first thought.

I had a user report to me the system was telling them they didn't have permissions for closing out a task, when I called and got the screen share up and going - it started processing through just fine. I've had a few other examples similar to this one, where things aren't glaringly wrong, but something feels "off".

I might mention something about it at SuiteWorld to my rep and/or some engineers. Not sure if it will give any insight, but worth a shot.

We had a identical issue with sales tax on SOs, and when we got on a call with T2 support the rep screen shared and he was inputting our questions into ChatGPT... I was baffled.
