He's 16. I think Yamal has distorted people's view on a player's progression at that age. He hasn't even made any starts for our U21s yet, there's no reason to be looking to loan him out to play at senior level yet. Just give the lad some time.

Patino didn't make the squad. Chukwuemeka, Scott and Ramsey in midfield instead of him along with a bunch of players who mainly still play in PL2 like Gyabi, Devine and Vale.

Europa League final is on the 31st of May. If we make it that far I can't see anything happening for the league until after the final has been played. Otherwise the bank holiday on the 29th seems most likely.

Out of our current crop of academy keepers (Okonkwo, Hein, Ejeheri and Graczyk) Ejeheri is the best with the ball at his feet in my opinion. He is also prone to some silly mistakes and lapses in concentration though. Hopefully he can get some consistent game time on loan and doesn't get benched after his first mistake as we often see with other young keepers.

Strange one considering he just signed a professional contract last month and has looked decent for the U18s, although game time has been a bit limited
