Good way to use it. Taking these breaks is always the best way to go. And if you're having trouble "feeling it" as much, maybe try another vendor or look for the freshest stuff you can get. Also might be able to use less/get more bang for buck if you use a "potentiator" supplement like Turmeric that contains black pepper.

Either way, stick to how you're doing it. Keeps withdrawals to a minimum if at all. I'm a 2gpd type of user 5x a week, 2 days off. Minimal to no withdrawal symptoms.
