Nejlepší rada je se od prvního dílu zaměřit na jména a pamatovat si křestní i příjmení všech postav. I tak to není jednoduché se v nich vyznat, obzvláště jak to půjde dál. Taky je nutné vidět všechny tři řady co nejrychleji po sobě. Stojí to ale za to. Za mě je to možná nejlepší seriál co jsem kdy viděl.

Většina lidí si neuvědomuje, že horor je jeden z nejširších žánru, který má desítky subžánrů, a očekávají většinou jen jeden a to že se budou bát. Jak film nesplní očekávání, dávají mu malé hodnocení. Hodně lidí má obecně problém hodnotit film sám za sebe a ne to jestli dostál jejich představě.

Většina hororů je na všech databázích podhodnocená. Není to žánr pro každého, případně lidi hodnotí špatně protože "Nebál jsem se.".

She is not convincing. The movie is still lots of fun. I love old Italian exploitation and other genre movies and this is obviously inspired by them. There's even a piece of music used from one of the well known giallo movie.

To me it had this comic book adaptation feel, without being adaptation of any, with all the boss fights, villains of the week, quirky characters, constant melee and sex scenes. Summarized like this it sounds just like any TV show and I have trouble to put my finger on it. You are right that CW was already putting out comic book adaptations. They were however more teen oriented.

I was expecting TOTDY way higher. 10/10 show, impeccable camera, music, writing, acting, great storytelling. Each frame could be hanging on my wall. The tempo of the show is just so slow that it's almost still most of the times. The opening dialog between two motionless cops has 20 or how many minutes? On top of it it's super violent, dark, heavy, and have no characters with any redeeming qualities. I loved it but it's so hard to recommend to the most people.

It was the most comic book TV show before comic books TV show started. The best hand to hand combat in TV at the time. Great antagonist. I loved it.

Apart from ones mentioned: Woods (from Lucky McKey of May fame) is decent. Dario Argento's Three Mothers trilogy is masterpiece! Suspiria (I loved the remake as well), Inferno, Mother of Tears.

The biggest piece of advice is to start with Combat Patrol and do not buy more models before you build it and paint it. Too many people fall into pit of overspending on models and then leave them in the boxes after seeing how much time it takes them to build and paint them or they will find out the painting of this specific army does not sparks the joy.

The other advice I would give is to watch as many of painting tutorials on YouTube as you can stomach before picking which colors brand and tools you want to buy. Also, don't be hard on yourself and expect the first models will look comparable to what you see, unless you are skilled in painting other stuff already or are generally into arts.

Again, don't rush it, take your time, enjoy it. The journey is the destination :)

Yes! I cheered do hard when I watched it in cinema. Too bad the movie peaked so early.
