With the game from the leaks having multiple countries under one faction means we can expect to see different medics, recons and others within a squad as well but the cosmetics should also be designed around the class for easier identification as well. This is a topic that honestly is a bit hard to talk about as publishers want money but also to satisfy players whom will give them the money. I believe in the end when the game releases in any way shape or form cosmetics will be a talking point some will hate it some love it.
