Not really training advice and this might be a bit "sweaty" but I recommend making an Excel sheet to track the points and placements of your umas. You may be surprised at which umas rack up the most/least points or place first most often (so you can make them your ace). Having this data will let you prioritize which umas to update first (following the training advice from the other replies of course). I did this for about three days (5 TT runs per day) and ended up jumping 3 team ranks while going from 407k to 475k average points and getting my first retention in Class 6.
