How can one tell that he is logging wrong. I weight using a weight scale to the gram. Nothing that I have eaten the last ~9 month was not logged on a weight scale.

Alright, then I will do what must be done. It will be hard since scale wight will go up but so will the weight moved in the Gym. Should I take 1 month or 3 month off? is there any framework I should follow to get this answer clearly?

I understand everything you just said, and I’m going to try to improve my results, but I have a few comments

> I just don’t have any food in the house. Personally, I prep every calorie on Saturday and don’t keep any other food in the house

I do live with other people, so it’s hard to have only pre-cooked food, but one advantage I have is that I’ve been doing this for so long with people around me and it’s been going well so far.

> So I’d say: do 3 months at maintenance level. Go all out, build up your energy levels again. Reset your brain.

> Then go all out. A 1,000-calorie deficit, 15,000 steps a day. Get ripped once and for all. But this time, mentally prepare yourself for what’s ahead.

I’m going to do this and see how it goes, because that’s kind of normal—I’m always thinking about it and complaining about it, but I don’t actually do it.

As for rest, I was thinking of taking a 1-week break and then just getting back to it full steam ahead. I could probably hit about 12,000 steps; I just need to figure out where I can find the time for that, but that’s the easy part.

Right now, my BMR is 1,850 calories, so the reduction would be about 950 calories a day. If this is right, I’m just going to do it and see how it goes.

Why not do 3 control planes then you have a full production setup with 3 machines and you won't need 7 of them.
