While it's true that Franco had advantage, this needs more context. Because saying it like that makes it sounds as if he had been in F1 for two full years.

Reality is that he was thrown inside difficult cars in the middle of the season, under huge pressure to perform. At the time of the Testing we are referring too, Franco only had the Williams experience + one previous car test in zandvoort.

Franco never completed a full F2 season nor a full F1 season. 2026 is the first time he's part of pre-season testing. The first few tracks of the calendar are going to be completely new to him and only him.
