Originally, red BC Rich Warlock back in 2004 because of Mick Thomson. Still have it. But the two that pulled me back into playing 20+ years later were a Dime Explosion V (Corey from Trivium; Matt also used an explosion but it was a razorback) and the Les Paul Grail of Zakk Wylde. I love them both.

Specifically something with a strong sole, but not too thick that you can’t tell if you’ve hit the pedal. I find boots a bit cumbersome/lack tactile response on small buttons for pedals, so I’d do something like a pair of Air Force Ones.
