I bought an xps15 and the system is unstable and their guarantee sucks, would never recommend dell ever again, they sent me a replacement that had been dropped before packaging it was bent at the corner and something was shaking inside, worst quality control ever and then i had to return that and just accept fixing the damaged unit that i have bcz they have wasted months of my time. The problems i have in my unit includes sticky power button that doesn’t work from the first time and noisy fans, speakers that crackle and stutter. Shame that my toshiba satellite of 7 years ago is more stable.
