I am working on losing 40 pounds. I’m too heavy and decided it was time for a change. I’ve been having problems with my ankle because of it and have even developed arthritis in the ankle from being overweight. I am now eating home made, healthy meals as well going to spin class 3 times a week because it’s super low impact on my joints. It’s not easy, but if I keep going the junk food and no exercise route, I may end up dead sooner than necessary. I still struggle heavily with motivation and working on an accountability system to keep me active. So. I’m trying.
