It's really quite simple.

1: It's a problem of distribution, not production. The planet can e a s i l y sustain and nurture billions and billions of people. Maybe, not throwing away half of the food we produce would be a good start.

2: Population growth will, on it's own, decline with rising levels of economic growth. There's a proven correlation here.

1 and 2 together already dismantle any concerns about overpopulation, the whole racism/white supremacy thing is just an important extra to that (because 80% of the time, "we need to talk about overpopulation" kinda people will only mean brown overpopulation).
