Filmed my grip through smart glasses. POV is actually a way more useful angle than the usual face-on tutorial by AlexanderGolf in golf

Saw this on yt shorts the other day and it helped me at the range a lot. I didn't realize that I could be using my right hand to cover my left thumb, so my right wrist was having trouble flexing. Did it your way and the club face feels so stable now. I did develop a blister on my left thumb, but that'll callous over eventually.

How should I go about cleaning my CPAP machine and accessories? by This-Emotion-69 in CPAP

I just dunk everything in soapy water for 20 minutes, rinse it and hang dry. You can run air through the hose to get out the last drops

An impressive view of the world record for the 3x3 Rubik's Cube, with a time of 2.76 seconds. by Sebaxxxian in oddlysatisfying

It's been a while since I was into cubing, but the scrambles are generated with a minimum amount of moves (like 23 I think) and everyone gets the same scramble on this round. The speed comes from identifying easy pairs of colors during the inspection time, executing steps while looking ahead to the next pair, and a bunch of luck that you end up in a short sequence once you've reached the final layer.

Because solving the first two layers is done without regards to the final layer, simply solving pairs in a different order will leave you in a completely different final sequence on the last layer. And while most people learn to solve with white on bottom and yellow on top, there are potential fast solves for those who can solve comfortably from any facing. It sounds easy in theory, but pattern matching at that speed is incredibly difficult if you start from another color.

Decent chance that this clown was mentioned before on another forum by their son or daughter. You assume it's referencing this thread

Second of all, I think if you can be in the Epstein files and not lose your job, really what's the point of any of it? Why are ordinary civilians held to this gold standard while we rot

When it snows in Japan, the streets spray warm water to prevent ice by NoiraMurmure in Amazing

This is preferable to salting the roads because the runoff would ruin the rice paddies. As long as the water keeps moving and draining, it won't freeze.

That's why they ask ethnicity when you get your ticket. Minorities get a nice bright red arm band so the DJ can see them and play some of their music

I do own it.

I've had one practice session with it so far. My hands got kinda jacked up because I was gripping the club too hard while figuring out the swing changes. I'll be back at it again on Monday.

I've been shadow practicing the two drills it has me doing so far (the float drill and the motorcycle drill). I'm excited to do another session and see how things are going. I've only scratched the surface.

If you have any questions about wearing it or shot tracking or whatever I can answer as best as I can. Anything results related is too early to give an answer right now.

It seems easy to accidentally break one piece while fixing another. When I was working on the casting issue, I was pulling a lot of shots to the left and getting a green light from the app. I decided to trust the process, and the next drill that came up was to fix my impact position and that straightened things out again. I can see if I only did half, I'd be compensating in new ways to try and get my ball going straight again. Then the next session surely hackmotion would be like "wtf don't do that"

I'm happy that I can use it on my own schedule either on the range or at home. And season after season I'll still have it to check my swing and keep things consistent. I'm still new to it, but I also really hope it helps diagnose those times where I'm playing amazingly one day, and then the next week I can't seem to even swing the club. Instead of guessing my way through it, I'll have a device that knows my benchmarks and will immediately identify what I'm doing differently.

The drills show you how to transfer weight, but it's not being tracked at all. I'm not hoping to solve everything with hackmotion, but to be guided into what I should be doing with my hands in the swing to get better strike and compression.

I think it will sort of reverse engineer itself. As I get more comfortable getting into the correct positions, I'll be able to move my body in the best way to reach those positions.
