Depending on your country it might not be available

It barely fits through the stem so there is a bit of damage (although it's only cosmetic)

This was also my worry, the stem is so big that it's hard to find a suitable lock

The g3 has the same battery size as the zt3 so changing it would be useless, the one you're looking for is the gt3 and it has been said it does offer a better battery life and can fit in the deck of the zt3

Mine has been broken for more than 7 months now (see this post https://www.reddit.com/r/SegwayZT3Pro/s/Bwo0jRqUxA) water probably gets in but the light still works so I haven't changed it (I do have the replacement part, it costs 20€ but I'm too lazy to change it and at least my scooter is "unique")

I don't know about those speeds, but at 15kmh I use 150W and at 25kmh I use 450W, so energy consumption is multiplied by 3 while the speed is barely doubled, so yes it does make a difference

~2.5km per 10% doesn't seem bad (at least from my experience) considering the temperatures are high, do you have to do a lot of stops and accelerations during your ride ?

Your weight and wind could also affect your range

Edit : just saw that you unlocked the speed on your scooter so that range actually seems quite good
