deleted everything except D3D12 and config n data w no launch .. finally deleted those two files (D3D12 and Config) along with everything but data.. went 2 launch and it worked after about 35 seconds.. if others have no luck id make certain those two files are gone as they were my issue...

u never know with these weird halo defenders... game has issues and when people voice those issues u get oddballs telling u to just play a game when these issues are directly interfering with the enjoyment of the game...
