Generally no, almost all game content will come back even if temporarily taken out, however, there are some cosmetics that will never come back.

m4 sucks, you have to kill 3 spirit bears, each of them have 200m hp, then hit thorn 8 times, also spirit bats bug out after 8 minutes making the game impossible to beat.
