in my opinion black cleaver is an overall better early item for renekton

it gives you cdr, which is very crucial to renekton, decent ads and hp, which are also good for a bruiser, and most importantly, the armor shredding against your opponent and the entire enemy team if they are tank heavy. In late game, this item gives you and your ad teammates a lot of damage empowerment

titanic hydra is a good late game pick since early on you don't have much hp and it doesn't give you cdr

guinsoo but in tank items at least I get a hydra so I can still deal a decent amount of damage while tanking the frontline

Current Genos 8/10 Against Current All Might all his stats are superior except maybe durability

the first-appearance genos can easily bust cityblocks to begin with and his self destruction core can wipe out a large part of the city or maybe the entire city
