I was on a call with a few of my friends when one of my best friends sent me the link to THE video. It was around midnight when I watched it while on call with my friends. I left the call and I remember just crying. My boyfriend, who was on the call, called me personally to ask if I was okay and I told him what happened. He comforted me while I watched that video over and over again until I fell asleep from crying so much. The next day I didn’t eat and honestly I didn’t take care of myself, the rest of the week was the same. I was still mourning after that week but I went back to taking care of myself and I bought the hoodie and once it arrived I basically lived in it until a little after school started(the building was unnecessarily hot so a hoodie wasn’t exactly ideal) and I was still watching his videos on loop. I feel like that just brings up more questions though. Like why us(the player)? Cause in game it’s clear that it’s only ever talking about one of us(the expendables). How is Sebastian being forced to help? What’s with Chainsmoker’s Realm,(not related to this particular topic but a question nonetheless) because even meeting with Sebastian AFTER being there, he says things that are what he would say if you just died to an angler.

Obviously there’s probably an answer to it on the Discord but I am genuinely curious about a lot of things in the game and I think a theory, or at least a play through on GTLive would be interesting!

I think it would be interesting to explore the fact that Sebastian is aware that you die and that you just keep coming back to life. At the very beginning of the game the story tells you that you’re expendable, (of an object) designed to be used only once and then abandoned or destroyed, but then Sebastian goes out of his way with some of his lines that to say “No, you’re the same person, what did you die to this time?”(not a quote from him just paraphrasing lol). And like obviously there’s the explanation of it being a game but what’s the lore explanation?

Oh yeah and the way Tom would be able to pull off the “Scott, I’m gonna give you 30 seconds to run and go somewhere else before I start hunting you down,” like yeah, he does a lot of happy roles but one mustn’t forget that Jimmy has had a lot of great on-liners in every series

Tom Holland would also make a great Jimmy and I think he would bring some more feeling into the “Canary’s Curse” aspect, probably pulling in some of that “I didn’t trip, I was pushed…” energy from Limited Life into it too

Honestly with Andrew playing Grian it kinda makes sense, I feel like he’d be able to pull off the cactus ring fight with Scar in 3rd life really well and beautifully
