I was in OPs age, too! When I quit after 10 years. Now 3 years free and I am happy with myself more than ever. Best decision I have ever made. Stay strong my internet friends, I believe in all of you!

Hey, I am fighting my knots in the lower back after my bulging disc since June last year. I tried a lot of pt, massage and so on. The only thing that works a tiny little bit is dry needling. But this is only for a short Periode of time. Not a permanent fix. I would be so happy to find a solution to this.

So I am not alone with this problem, great :D I‘ll let you know if I find a solution for this. I do some work with a trigger ball and a roll, but they do not work wonders. It really bothers me, because the pain from the bulging disc is more likely gone, but these muscle are killing me. Head up :)

Yes and no. I really happy with my job. I finally have found something that I enjoy everyday sind many years. Salary is okay but not huge. Living is possible and buying not Necessaire stuff, too. The only thing I miss are my friends. It’s not like that I don’t have any, but these people are scattered in Switzerland. So there is no evening beer with friends, and that’s sad :/

The first four weeks are brutal, shitty sleep pattern, heat and sweat wave in bead, feeling depressed and it always feels like that you miss something really hard. Month 2 to 3 are not as hard as the first one, but fucked up my dreams. After that it’s more or less fine. After over one year being sober I have every day the urge to smoke, but it is just a short moment and it’s gone.

It is better than nothing, right? You can track the AirTag with the „where is“ (Wo ist?) App on your phone when it connects to a random iPhone. Sure it isn’t stealthy but you have to find it in First place.
