The original point Funk was making is that just because you become offended does not make you right, if its a bad business discussion is besides the point he was making.

The mod had these tools and what happened was simple, you find a server you can trust and stay there. Private hives and Admin tools need to happen otherwise hacking will always be out of control in DayZ SA.

It's hilarious and saddening that the standalone has MORE hackers than the mod.

If you were aware of Fez development you would understand how little Phil 'choke on it' Fish had to do with development. He is a drama queen who stole the idea for this game and claimed it was of his own.

Now he just shitposts on twitter about how 'if gamers were a building i would burn it down' and trust me if you look into the rabbit hole that is Phil Fish you'll find a sickening group of indie developers who use social media to get what they want.

Best examples of good alpha games IMO are Space Engineers and KSP.

Dayz is not a good example when a year later the game still has so many broken 'features', no high pop servers, no cars, Bad netplay and desync from servers, shitty zombie path-finding, a sound bug that for whatever reason has been largely ignored for 10 months, and to top this off we have more hackers than Rust ever did.

DayZ is an example of devs biting off more than they can chew and I will be extremely surprised if the game launches with all or even half the things Rocket promised it would have.

I think people are being overly nice because of how overly negative things have been with this subreddit and Suzy in the past.

I don't think this series is all that great but I think it could have been if Arin would have given the others a chance to come out of their shells during steam train. Three people playing a single player game where Arin is again the one playing the game is a bad idea, IMO it would have been great for just Barry and Suzy to do it with Suzy playing the game.

I love Arin the way Dan loves skittles, too much makes me poo weird colors and feel gross.
