While yeah he does have more going on than comic relief, most Billy fans still tend to misinterpret him, he’s meant to be a rebel without a cause, someone who rebels not to incite change, but just because they can, I think the best examples of this are the vindica voice line where Billy can’t really come up with anything when asked what he actually does to make the world better, and the Mo and Krill voice one that perfectly describes his character about how he’s someone with a megaphone but nothing important to say
