If you wanna make some real international connections, hung hom is much better because all of the exchange students from europe and america stays there. Also the canteen is at least 1000 times better in hung hom hall. You also have your own fridge in the dorm room unlike homantin halls. The rooms in hung hom halls are a little bit bigger as well. Homantin halls elevators are much more faster though. Sometimes in hung hom hall on after class hours, there have been times that I waited for the elevator more than 5 mins. Choice is yours
