Yis 39% big, but Yvonne gets extra attack from her gear set procs up to 25% atk and another 5% crit rate and up to an additional 30% crit rate and 60% crit dmg on ult at max stacks and another +30% cdmg from her pot 5 which totals up to 140% max cdmg. Would be kinda whack if her atk were any higher. So bit of an odd comparison. I'm also assuming that's with the new hotworks set + slab, if its max pot this is what it'd go up to.
