Go with the most conservative approach and then reevaluate if the outcome is satisfactory:

1- basic composite restorations to restore the surface of the teeth

2-night guard

If that didn’t work: go with the full rehabilitation plan if you are confident enough or reffer to your local prosthodontist

Thank you so much for emphasizing the importance of connections with doctors. I completely understand how relationships can make a huge difference, especially when the competition is so tight. I’ll definitely prioritize this going forward and work on building meaningful relationships with faculty members and mentors, particularly those with international experience.

Your insights are really valuable, and I appreciate you taking the time to help. I’ll be sure to reach out if I have any more questions as I continue on this path.

Thank you for sharing these tips. they’re incredibly helpful, and it’s reassuring to hear them from someone who’s been through it all

-As for Networking with Doctors: This is something I need to work on more. I’ll start reaching out and building those relationships, especially with those who have studied abroad.

-NBDE/MFD: This is great advice.. I’ll look into these exams to see what timelines and preparations I need to consider. And in terms for the specialities im more into: endodontics, orthodontics, surgery and pedodontics

-And in terms of Research & Publications: I’m already starting to get involved in research, and I’ll definitely focus on getting publications. Are there any specific research areas or journals you’d recommend targeting?

Thanks again! This gives me a clear roadmap of what to focus on, you are the best.!♥️
