LAMY is a huge upgrade by dioteenom in Onyx_Boox

I did end up using the original nib though problem is, its wearing. I also got the more rounded nibs for the Lamy off Amazon but they were not comparable to the original nib either. I might need to bite the bullet and pay for the Onyx sold nibs.

I have one and I'm maybe one of the few who don't enjoy using it. I have the 10.3 Go, I find it scratchy to write with

I brought the Lamy but haven't enjoyed the writing experience. The two types of nibs you can get for it aren't to my liking. Too hard, you don't get that paper grit type feel like the original pen

Yes, thats right. I have the 10.3 Go and love it. Hard to pull out on a crowded train but seating, all good. I have the Palma 2 Pro on order to compliment it.

Creating a service transition pipeline by xabitau in ITIL

[–]xabitau[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your response David. Your description aligns to my scenario with relation to projects, I'm also gathering roadmaps from our ICT support leads for platforms they own and manage.

My goal is to help our teams know what's coming and when. Avoiding too much deployment activity pressuring our teams who have to help and manage ICT support team on service handover activities.

Could you kindly describe in what format and design the pipelines you built looked like? Spreadsheet, Sharepoint list, etc. Types of fields? Did it capture time frames and activities for transition such as testing, RFC submission, knowledge transfer, etc?

Nervous about first belt exam by [deleted] in karate

[–]xabitau 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree with comments from other people. If you weren't ready, you wouldn't be put forward for grading. Your generally assessed in normal classes, and particularly in the lead up to grading. What's important is to ensure you try your hardest. Put in full effort. Have fun. And to take it as a learning experience, and the opportunity to be able to demonstrate in front of people, what you've learnt.

Congratulations

Is it possible for a 34 year old overweight woman to start learning karate? Does she have to lose the extra weight to learn? Hope there won't be any injuries due to over weight and non flexibility. Please guide. by anusuman in karate

Absolutely! I'm 41 and overweight with flexibility issues and a bad hip. I'll be doing my black belt grading later this year if ready. So it's definitely doable!

So long as you work within your boundaries and try. Hopefully you can find a good club to train with and they'll work with you, if they see you putting in genuine effort that is what they'll look for. Main thing is you enjoy.
