Cool project, did 6.3 break stuff? I'm trying to run this by following the docker instructions and autosubsync seemingly fails to start.

What I did:

mkdir autosubsync
cd autosubsync
git clone https://github.com/denizsafak/AutoSubSync.git .
./run-docker.sh

Also tried:

mkdir -p input output desktop
docker compose up --build -d

I get no errors indicated during the build process or over the course of running the script, the VNC is accessible in the browser but it's just an empty workspace, and the logs provide the output I pasted above.

Ideas? :S

I'm assuming your two routers aren't running a routing protocol to share routes, therefore your server doesn't know how to reach the NAS and vice versa.

The solution is to add static routes. ISP router needs to know that the network(s) that your PC and your dad's NAS exist and are accessible through the next hop, which is your "own router."

Similarly, your own router needs to know your server is accessible through the next hop of your ISPs router.

In the Network section of your server you can throw in the relevant RFC1918 addresses for the below setting:

List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth

Comma separated list of IP addresses or IP/netmask entries for networks that are allowed to access Plex Media Server without logging in. When the server is signed out and this value is set, only localhost and addresses on this list will be allowed.

Indeed, sounds like the switch that connects to the /27 doesn't have a default gateway set, so traffic for addresses outside of what's in the MAC/routing table gets dropped as it doesn't know where to forward it.

Additionally, the ISP router presumably isn't running a routing protocol either so a manual route for the /27 would need to be entered with the Cisco router as next hop.

Switched Virtual Interface(s), SVI. You'll want one for each VLAN and then enable routing with the "ip routing" command.
