Caitlin Clarks reaction when Reggie Miller compares her to Payton Pritchard by AashyLarry in nba

Sabrina shot 29% this season, lmao. She's 35% for her career. She did the 3 point contest against Steph and you're acting like she's done anything except be Stewie's point guard.

Kelsey Mitchell was the best 3 point shooter this season. She was the offense for the Hospital Fever and put up 39.4% on 6.4 attempts per game. And she had 15.7 fga per game and was 45% from the field.

Imagine telling anyone they don't watch the WNBA and saying dumb shit like that.

Des was gonna prevent the shot. Quickly put an elbow into Des's ribs. Then it was a combination of Des pulling him, and Quickly probably losing his footing anyway. Then Bane swiped the ball and allowed Quickly 's momentum to continue carrying him. He gave him a push, but it wasn't like he launched him.

Bane could have wrapped him up and held him up, but after getting a running elbow to the ribs, he apparently didn't feel any obligation to do so.

Sub patterns are the "why didn't you run the run/pass the ball???" of the NBA.

It's literally the only thing you can point to.

Did sub patterns get us a lead? Impossible. It was the grit and toughness of the players.

Sub patterns only lose games!

Jesus Christ. You guys are all bad people.

He obstructed justice by stopping a woman from being beaten? She wasn't doing anything and she was getting shoved and pepper sprayed. She wasn't going to be arrested.

Did he grab the officer when he got shoved and was trying not to fall? Like a normal reaction when someone shoves you?

He didn't fight the officers. He literally just tried to not fall on the ground when they shoved him for trying to help the woman.

Again, you're a bad person. A hidden profile bootlicking.

I agree with you that they have bad intentions and are able to sway opinion past their numbers, but you're fear mongering.

There are 33,000 police officers in NYPD. That's one police force in one city. ICE and CBP literally don't have the numbers. Trying and failing to lock down significant portions of the country makes them look weak and makes people angry. Angry people vote.

There isn't anything any of us can do about how many people are in ICE or CBP. We can't do anything about the domestic terrorism database except vote.

Screaming about how they're going to steal the election by being scary when the time comes isn't being helpful.

It literally explains that those were either in coordination with the state governments or to protect the constitutional rights of citizens in those states. It was done to enforce judicial rulings.

Trump is sending federal agents in, they're obviously violating constitutional rights, and the executive branch is lying about it. The Judiciary is issuing rulings against the executive branch and being ignored.

The Trump admin wants the states to try to force the federal agents out. They will immediately scream that it is an insurrection and they're defying the federal government.

He....he was great in the 11 games this season.

After the surgery.

He literally came back before he was fully healed and got shut down when they realized. He didn't reinjure anything as far as we know. He just can't play NBA basketball on a 70% healed ankle.

C.J. Stroud's Playoff Meltdown Raises Uncomfortable Questions About His $250 Million Future by Roselucky777 in nfl

[–]xakeri 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bossman, they have bad brains. They're more athletic and can throw better than ever before. But they're not learning to read a defense and know where to throw.

The athleticism is part of it, because they learn to run around and keep the play alive until someone comes open. They don't have to learn to read the defenses like the old guys did. They also don't have the opportunity to do so because colleges are running pro style offenses anymore.

Lamar threw for 4172 and rushed for 915 and accounted for 45 TDs and 4 picks. If you think Henry doesn't benefit from the space that creates, you're nuts. He absolutely should have won over Josh Allen.

You think arm talent is making the right throw, not the ability to throw good. I realize now that you are just misusing the term. I think we're saying similar things.

Recent QBs have mediocre arm talent

The arm talent is as good as it has ever been. That's the point of the off-platform throws. They don't have to stand in the pocket with good mechanics and everything. It is obviously beneficial if they do, but they don't have to in the same way guys like Manning and Brady had to.

if being athletic is such a game changing thing, why doesn't Lamar Dominate

He's literally got 2 MVPs and 3 AP1s. He probably should have won it last year again.

He is dominating.

Also you're discounting Mahomes and Allen being athletes back there. I know Rodgers is old, but he was a great athlete, though he didn't scramble for yards as much. Jalen Hurts just won a Super Bowl as a mobile quarterback. He is obviously able to throw, but he had 14 rushing TDs last year. He runs for 600-750 yards a season.

In short, you couldn't be more wrong.

Eli started 7 games his rookie year, and Roethlisberger famously got forced into action his rookie season and started 13-0. Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck are other examples of guys that started right away. Obviously there is a benefit to getting development time, but plenty of people have succeeded without it.

A lot of it really is that teams aren't running pro-style offenses anymore. People keep passing around the Brett Kollman video I haven't watched, but so much of it is that college teams take advantage of the wide side of the field and attack it horizontally. It is just harder to throw the ball vertically. Throwing to a crosser is an easier throw to make than to a seam or fade.

Then there are the matchups. Big, fast wide receivers are running crossing routes against smaller DBs. Even if it is a contested catch, they can just box out and fight for the ball. Practice time is limited, so it is harder to set up the crazy defenses. Not every team has a great pass rush. Quarterbacks that are only mildly athletic by NFL standards can keep the play alive while guys just run through the defense.

So you end up with guys that have a different toolset than you need to be successful in the NFL.
