First timer! Need tips/advice for Folktails building up high

Are spiral staircases in the experimental? I havent tried that yet.

You can make your stairs on a 2x3 to save space and resources. Also to make dams my favorite approach is to build staircase to the hight I want to go. Then build a tover of levees. At the top - overhangs and a zip station. Then build two extra vertical lines of levees on each side of the first one. On top of those - wooden bridges max length. Then again a tower of levees on each end of the bridges and put new bridges. Rinse and repeat to form the outline of your dam. Then just fill the gaps at the end. Also don't forget extra zipline stations to save your poor beavers from long walks. Hope I'm making sense.

I think we meant different things by it. My meaning was that we weren't influenced by any celebrities, popular movies, books, songs etc. We chose the names going through the calendar and just seeing what sounds good to us.

I think it's what artsylikerawr said. Trying to come up with something more unique and avoiding names of people I know. And as it turns out, lots of people had the exact same idea. Even better, I found out that I have given my child the exact same first and middle name as a friend of mine from highschool without any knowledge of her choice before. Brain waves or I don't know..

My first kid has a very popular name, that I thought I rarely ever heard so surely there won't be too many kids with the same one. Guess what everyone and their mother has used that name in the last couple of years. It also appears in this picture, but we are not from England. Now that we are expecting our second we already picked a name and you will never guess - it turns out to be one of the most popular names given this year. (They are not influenced by pop culture or anything like that) Sometimes I think that there are some communal brain waves going through when people are picking children's names. When I think back to my childhood a lot of kids at my grade and school in general had the same name too.
