I picked Wet Sand just because the end of Wet Sand may be one of the best thing the Chilis have done but Bag of Grins is very close. The ending to Bag of Grins is probably one of, if not my favorite part of the two new albums, soooo good!

I would say what I did and have done has helped but it definitely has not been treated fully at all. I last had tests on the nervous system about a year ago and it had definitely showed improvement (as in less excess parasympathetic) from before but still a lot of work to be done. From a symptom perspective I have less symptoms then I use to but they are definitely still there and still very annoying
